Stable day

Well, nothing much changed today. The doctors are trying to ensure that Carmen is on the right amount of sedation medication, and since everyone is different, this is sometimes an unknown quantity. Her oxygen saturation is still good. Maybe I'll have some more answers on her future tomorrow...I'll keep everyone updated.

Special thanks to everyone who is in the area and has taken time to visit and spend time with Carmen. Carmen's friends and co-workers have made a tremendous effort to ensure her room is filled with cards from the children at her school. Everyone who comes and talks to Carmen makes a difference, I think the positive vibe has an effect on the human body. I tell her about all the people who have called, who have e-mailed, and who have responded to this blog.

Thanx so much for letting spend a few hours with Carmen, Mike. It made me feel good and I hope I sent some good vibes her way, too. Remember, if there's anything any of us at Barnard can do for you and Dominic, please let me know.

Thank you soo much for the updates Mike. I keep thinking of Carmen all day everyday and just keep having positive thoughts and asking God to help her. =) Tell her I miss her a whole lot and that the office is just too quiet without her!

p.s. Tell her she needs to get better so we can make Ariyani come to school on time as he promised he'd never be late again if she gets better, so she has to so we can hold him to it!

Thank you so much for keeping us updated, Mike. I know that it is sometimes hard and draining to go through the days events. I wish that I could be out there to visit with Carmen. Please let her know that we are praying for her. I have been forwarding all of the info to my church for them to keep her in prayer. We love you guys!

    Thanks Mike,
I hate that you are all the way in CA, and not here in CT with us! I would be there every minute. Please let me know if there is ANYTHING that you need. Carmen is a tough girl and I am so glad that she is stable! I miss you all and love you lots!!
